MEET COACH ALICIA

I DIDN'T READ ABOUT THIS.
I LIVED IT.

Every diet. Every cardio class. Every mistake.

So you don't have to make them. Grab a coffee. Here's the whole story.

THE PROOF

YEP. THAT'S ME.
BOTH OF THEM.

I wasn't born lean. I was the girl bouncing between chubby-Alicia and sickly-skinny-Alicia so often that friends never knew which one they'd get.

I know exactly what it feels like to try everything and get nowhere. That's why I built something different.

01

MY 20s

THE QUEEN OF EVERY DIET.

Cabbage soup. Grapefruit. Weight Watchers. Hours of cardio every single day. Name it, I did it.

Then one night at Medieval Times (yes, really), the photographer came by with our table photo. I almost choked on my turkey leg. Who is that girl pretending to be me?

I decided right then: something had to change. I just didn't know what yet.

02

MY LATE 20s

THE PROS BURST MY BUBBLE.

I met a trainer who worked with pro athletes (Dodgers, Kings, NFL). He laughed at my read-it-in-a-magazine workouts, then taught me how training actually works.

He introduced me to a celebrity nutritionist at Gold's Gym in Venice. She let me follow her around like a puppy and watch her transform clients for film roles and magazine shoots.

I was hooked. And by 30, I'd cracked the code.

03

MY 30s

SHREDDED. AND RUNNING ON EMPTY.

I got certified. I studied the science. I got mentored by Todd Durkin. I got shredded. Lou Ferrigno (yes, the Hulk) once told me I "train with the heart of a lion."

But I was doing two-a-days and sprinting six days a week. I handled stress the only way I knew: work out harder. All yin, no yang.

40

STRESS KICKED ME IN THE TEETH.

Right around 40, my body hit the wall. I ended up in the ICU with a Type 1 diabetes diagnosis. One doctor asked how my stress had been. I laughed: "Through the roof."

That's when it clicked. I'd learned everything about food and training, and ignored the one thing running the whole show: stress. Stress, blood sugar, and fat storage are all connected. I'd been fighting my own body.

NOW

SO I BUILT THE SHORTCUT.

Everything I learned the hard way became The Stress Monkee Method: calm your body first, then burn the fat, then keep it off without living at the gym.

Fiber + Protein First at every meal. A daily walk. Lift 3x a week. One stress tool a day. That's it. I've helped busy women for 15+ years, and I've lived it through a pregnancy at 38, a diagnosis at 40, and every hormonal curveball since.

Now it's in an app. One thing to do each day, with me in your pocket.

"I never thought I would meet someone who would actually teach me how to eat better, along with beneficial exercising, leisurely walking, and changing my mindset. I'm 22 pounds down, but most importantly I know I'm on the road to a healthier me."
