Q: Alicia, how can I begin to think about wellness everyday, and incorporate it into my routine? 

A: It's a total shift. Start with one deep breath. One intentional, thoughtful, and long deep breath. When you exhale, imagine your best self. What do you look like? How do you feel? Where are you? What are you doing? 

MOVE

IT'S A STATE OF BEING

Q: I used to be very active. Over the years I have become very disconnected to a regular fitness routine. Can this be remedied?

A: How you do one thing is how you do everything. Try and begin incorporating movement into everything you do. If you sit all day at a desk at work, start setting your timer for a wellness walk every 15 minutes. Even if it is just a walk around the office.

Q: I know the value of wellness, but how do I manage my stress?

A: Reframe your stress. What makes you balanced and at peace? What brings you joy? Begin to understand what you value and what you spend you time on. What do you day dream about? What are you hoping for?
